The Abengoa Solar Board of Directors recognizes employee safety and health as a basic objective, and is committed to achieving a safe and healthy workplace. Injury prevention is embodied in a set of activities and decisions that affect all levels of Abengoa Solar's organization. Injury prevention activities are planned according to the labor risk regulations and strive to continuously improve the safety conditions of employees. Education and training of employees is the cornerstone of injury prevention policy.
